2. PRIZE DRAWINGS: All entries must be received between January 1, 2015 and December 29, 2015 to be eligible. One entry per person. T-shirt, a hardcover, signed-by-author, copy of the Atocha Odyssey by Pat Clyne, a member of Mel Fisher's Golden Crew, and a Mel Fisher Commemorative Medallion made with copper from ingots of the Atocha. The medallion comes with a certificate of authenticity from the Franklin Mint. (retail value $74.85)

4. April 30, 2015: Prizewinner will receive a voucher for entry of a team consisting of two (2) to four (4) persons in the Amazing Mel Fisher Treasure Hunt to be held on July 10, 2015 in Key West, Florida as part of the annual Mel Fisher Days' celebrations. The Grand Prize for the Amazing Mel Fisher Treasure Hunt is $5,000 in US one dollar coin currency. Does not include accommodations, transportation, parking, meals, tickets, taxes, tips, telephone charges, housekeeping, resort fees or other items of a personal nature. (value of a four (4) person team entry is $140 USD).

5. May 30, 2015: Prizewinner will receive a voucher for a four (4) person VIP tour of the Fisher family's private conservation laboratory. Prize is valid through December 30, 2015. Scheduling of tour is based on availability and arrangements must be made for a mutually agreeable date and time by calling 305-296-6533. Holiday and special event periods are excluded. 7. July 30, 2015: Prizewinner will receive a Taffi Fisher Collection 4 Reale Atocha Re-creation Silver Coin Double Prong, shield side museum quality re-creation coin made with 100% Atocha silver from silver bar #85A- S948 recovered from the Motherlode of the Spanish shipwreck, Nuestra Senora de Atocha in July of 1985. The silver bar is from the private collection of Mel Fisher's daughter, Taffi Fisher. These re-creation coins were cast from the Fisher family coin collection. (retail value $345.00 USD).

12. December 30, 2015: Grand Prizewinner will be awarded with The Ultimate Treasure Hunting Experience. Grand Prize includes participation for winner and a guest in an Atocha Treasure Adventure during one of six (6) designated weeks during pre-scheduled Atocha Treasure Adventure trips in 2016.The Atocha Treasure Adventure includes accommodations for two (2), a six (6) night, seven (7) day stay in Old Town, Key West along with the other four (4) Atocha Treasure Adventure participants. The Ultimate Treasure Hunting Experience also includes a Welcome BBQ, two (2) days of diving for two (2) persons as part of a six (6) person group to the wreck site of the Spanish galleon Nuestra Senora de Atocha. The Ultimate Treasure Hunting Experience also includes a two(2)-tank check out dive, VIP behind-the-scenes tour of the Fisher family's private conservation laboratory, and a trip for two (2) on the Danger Charter's Wind and Wine Sunset Sail as part of the Atocha Treasure Adventure group sail. Grand Prizewinner will receive $1,000 USD for personal use and will go home with an Authentic Atocha silver coin valued at $2,800 and a $200 Gift card to be used at store.melfisher.com. Issuance and use of gift card Prize is subject to recipient's compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations, as well as any terms, conditions, restrictions, criteria, and conditions imposed by issuer and its agents (which may include age and other restrictions on use); Specific trip dates are subject to availability and must be made in advance. Confirmed reservations cannot be changed within 60 days of arrival. In order to participate in the diving aspects Prizewinner and guest must be Certified SCUBA Divers with PADI or MAUI and have at least 20 open water dives logged. In the event the Prizewinner and/or guest is not a Certified SCUBA, non- divers may visit the wreck site and participate in all non-diving activities. Trips are dependent on weather conditions and Prizewinner will be responsible for securing Trip Insurance in case of cancellation. Grand Prize Certificate may not be sold but is transferable to another party that is at least 21 years of age with Prizewinner's written authorization. Does not include transportation, parking, meals, tickets, taxes, tips, telephone charges, or other items of a personal nature. Subject to rules, and regulations, as well as any terms, conditions, restrictions, criteria, and conditions outlined in Atocha Treasure Adventure Contract, or Atocha Dive Adventure Contract which must be read and signed by Grand Prizewinner and guest.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for compliance with, or restriction imposed, by any governmental travel or entry requirements, such as visas, passport requirements or similar regulations, and takes no responsibility if the prize is unavailable for use by the Prizewinner due to any such regulations. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability at time of reservation and are the responsibility of the prize winner. Reservations must be made at least 60 days in advance and are on a space-available basis. Availability is limited. Holiday and special event periods are excluded. Do not secure airline reservations until your accommodation dates are confirmed. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, additional ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of Prizewinner. Prizewinner is solely responsible for paying any state or federal income taxes associated with winning. Winner will be require to complete a form W-9 for any prizes valued over $600 USD.

3. QUALIFICATIONS: Odds of winning for any prize are one (1) divided by the number of qualified entries. All prizes will be awarded.

4. VERIFICATION: Potential Prizewinners will be notified within seven (7) days of drawing by e-mail, phone or overnight delivery. Prizewinners are subject to verification.

5. ELIGIBILITY: Employees and family members of Mel Fisher's Treasures, LLC. and its subsidiaries, advertising agencies, affiliates, suppliers, and their families, prize providers and their subsidiaries, advertising agencies, affiliates, suppliers and their families are not eligible to participate. Owners (Individuals who acquired interest in Mel Fisher's Treasures and its subsidiaries and affiliates must be in good standing at time of Drawing (all payments, including fees and taxes are to be paid and up to date). Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. Taxes on prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of each Prizewinner. All travel arrangements and vacation activities are the sole responsibility of each Prizewinner. Prizes are not transferable. Potential Prizewinner's are required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release and, where permitted by law, Publicity Release. If a Prizewinner is ineligible or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or Affidavit and Release are not returned within ten (10) days of notification, prize will be forfeited and an alternate Prizewinner selected. There will be no substitution of any prize, except at the Sponsor's sole discretion, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Cash equivalents of any prize will not be substituted. 7. OPERATIONS: Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes should any technical malfunction including unauthorized tampering, viruses, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes, and to select the Prizewinner(s) from entries received prior to the action taken. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.

8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All entrants release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor and each of its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, employees, prize providers and all others associated with the development and execution of this Sweepstakes from any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use or misuse of any Prize, including liability for personal injury, death, damage or loss.
