• By submitting an entry in this drawing, winner agrees to allow Mel's Treasures On-Line to post their name, city and state on our website bulletin board, on this page and on a mass email announcing the winner

• Drawing winner will be notified via email within first week of following month.

• Employees and affiliates of all Mel Fisher Companies do not qualify for this drawing

• Odds of Winning: The odds of winning are dependant upon the number of persons registering for the coin drawing

• Entries of this drawing will receive treasure news updates and special offers from Mel's Treasures On-Line

• Contest winners will be contacted via e-mail and will have 30 days to claim their prize. After 30 days without response the runner-up will become the new winner of the contest. The new winner will be contacted via e-mail and will have 30 days to claim their prize. At the end of this 30-day period if the prize has not been claimed the coin will be forfeited and the contest will resume in the next quarter.

• Limitation of Liability: By participating in the drawing, entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and subsidiaries and their respective agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders and employees (collectively, "Releasees") from any injuries, losses, damages, claims and actions of any kind resulting from or arising from participation in the drawing or acceptance, possession, use, misuse or nonuse of the prize that may be awarded. Releasees are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any drawing related materials; for stolen, lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, illegible entries; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, human error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access the Web site. If in the Sponsor's opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the drawing, or if computer virus, bugs, unauthorized intervention, fraud, or technical difficulties or failures compromise or corrupt or affect the administration, integrity, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the drawing the judges reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and void any entries submitted fraudulently, to modify or suspend the drawing, or to terminate the drawing and conduct a random drawing to award the prize using all non-suspect entries received as of the termination date. Should the game be terminated or modified prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on http://www.melfisher.com. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any attempts by an individual to access the web site via a bot script or other brute force attack or any other unauthorized means will result in the IP address becoming ineligible.
