Co-Captains Josh Abt & Nicholas 'Neko' Fisher -- PinPointer
Josh and Neko took to the magging with a flourish and in spite of the bad weather this season got a good start on remagging the 1715 Fleet with state of the art technology using the Geometric Cesium Magnetometers.

Josh and Neko were Co-Captains this summer on the Florida East Coast Shipwreck Project, working the 1715 Fleet shipwrecks that sank near Sebastian Florida in a Hurricane in 1715. "Working with Neko was alot of fun, we work well together and get along great. I'm sure the 1715 Fleet still has alot of treasure to be found and alot of area that needs to be re-magged with the newer technology."

Neko says, "working with Josh is alot of fun, I learned alot about treasure this summer, including both diving and searching and mechanical work on the boats.

Joshua (Josh) Abt is the first son of Taffi Fisher Abt, VP of most of Mel Fisher Enterprises. Josh was born in Key West Florida and has grown up with the treasure hunt as an integral part of his life. Free-diving the 1715 Fleet for the first time at the age of nine, Josh also appeared on Nickolodean kids and on the cover of Treasure World magazine.

In 2005, Josh attained a Bachelors Degree in Finance and Investments at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. Josh joined the Fisher Family Team in the summer of 2005 as co-captain of the search vessal M/V Pin Pointer with his cousin Neko Fisher and is currently apprenticing as operations manager of the 1715 Fleet Expeditions in Sebastian, Florida.

   Captain Neko Fisher -- PinPointer
Nicholas (Neko) Fisher, is the third son of CEO Kim Fisher. Neko was born in Tallahassee Florida. Following in the footsteps of his grandfather Mel Fisher, Neko studied engineering at University of Michigan where he attained his Bachlors degree. He later attained his Master degree at the University of Florida in Gainsville and is continueing his education working towards a PhD there.

During his summer breaks, Neko came to Key West and crewed as a diver aboard the M/V Dauntless and M/V Magruder and in the summer of 2005 he worked the 1715 Fleet shipwrecks as co-captain of the search vessal Pin Pointer, with his cousin Joshua Abt. We hope he gets the treasure fever and considers coming aboard full time after he receives his PhD.
