Duties

Administration

• Maintain store inventory, restocking items as needed
• Perform accounting of sales receipts and make bank deposits
• Ensure security of store and product
• Communicate problems to manager

 

Sales

• Sell product
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals
• Increase awareness of the treasure story and product
• Exhibit customer friendly behaviors to create a positive customer experience
• Encourage customers to provide info for the customer mailing list
• Ensure cleanliness of store environment
• Ensure store is aesthetically and visually enticing
